The mission: Help artists connect with fans without burning out
THE PROBLEM
Artists want to engage fans beyond playlists. But they're already managing Instagram, TikTok, newsletters, adding more feels impossible.

Listeners crave authentic connection. Artists need time they don't have.
THE CHALLENGE
How might artists share gratitude, stories, and moments with fans in under 60 seconds, without sounding like a robot wrote it?
EARLY CONCEPTS
Testing ways artists could connect without adding to their workload: messages, polls, and AI-generated prompts.
THE SOLUTION
Heartbeats: AI-assisted fan engagement inside Spotify for Artists.

THE VISUALS
I used ChatGPT to craft detailed prompts, then Figma Make generated these screens, testing how AI tools can speed up visual exploration while keeping design intent intact.

THE AI WORKFLOW
This project was also an experiment: Can AI tools be real creative collaborators?

I used ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity for ideation and concept refinement. Figma Make generated the visual prototypes from detailed prompts.

The result? Faster iteration, more exploration, same creative control.
